Utility Department

The Utility Department is responsible for water and sewer maintenance, assisting in water and sewer taps, and billing services. The department interfaces directly with the Planning and Zoning Committee.

The City of Panorama Utility Department is headquartered at City Hall, 99 Hiwon Drive. We are available Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at (936) 856-2751.

Trash & Recycling Services

City of Panorama Village garbage and recycling services are provided by Waste Management – Conroe and Conroe/North Conroe Montgomery County Recycle Center. Recycling, Curbside Garbage Pickup, and Bulk Trash Collection are all included in your waste management services.

  • Recycle Cans should be set out by 7:00 AM on Thursdays.
  • Curbside Garbage should be at the curb by 7:00 AM on Tuesdays.
  • Bulk Trash Collection is limited to 10 items on the FIRST Thursday of each month.

Please review and be mindful of the trash disposal guidelines provided by Waste Management – Conroe when disposing of your trash.

Storm Water Management Program

The City of Panorama Village has prepared a Storm Water Management Program which is available for review at City Hall.

One of the goals of this program is to educate our residents of hazards associated with the improper disposal of waste and other measures to prevent negative effects to the water quality of our streams and water bodies.
